PUBLIC RELATIONS
CAMPSAFE
Developed "CampSafe", a national public relations campaign to increase awareness on the dangers of Carbon Monoxide when using portable propane heaters inside tents and campers. Program included media relations, seasonal news releases, radio and TV PSA's, packaging insert literature and traveling exhibits at public sportsman's shows in major markets.
RESULTS: Over 1 Million brochures distributed. Numerous radio and tv interviews and millions of impressions created through news releases and articles in newspapers, magazines and online. CampSafe's public education efforts were also recognized by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
